Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. All international orders must be prepaid and the shipping costs are as follows: $12.00 for the first book, $8.00 for each additional book. All orders are shipped through USPS International Air. For more information, visit the Shipping & Delivery page.

When will I receive my order?

If you ordered an in-stock book or electronic media product, the order will be shipped within 48 hours. If we are shipping your order within the United States, you should receive your product within 5 to 7 days. International orders can expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. If you ordered an out-of-stock book or electronic media product, you will receive a backorder notification with an expected availability and shipping date.

Can I return a book?

We hope that you are always satisfied with the products you purchase from Springer Publishing Company. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, all books purchased on are returnable within 30 days if in saleable condition and accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip (USA only).
