Christopher Lance Coleman, PhD, MS, MPH, FAAN, FADLN, PMHCNS-BC
Dr. Christopher Lance Coleman is a distinguished leader in nursing and healthcare education. Currently, he serves as Dean and Professor at Oakland University School of Nursing after holding key academic roles at Purdue University, Indiana University Fort Wayne, and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. At the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, he spearheaded health equity initiatives while serving in leadership capacities including Faculty Senate Chair and Director of the Health Equity Collaborative. With extensive experience in clinical practice, research on HIV/AIDS and mental health, and non-profit leadership, Dr. Coleman has significantly advanced care for vulnerable populations. His scholarly work has been widely published, and he actively contributes to professional organizations such as the Michigan Association of Colleges of Nursing, where he serves as Treasurer.


Bernadette Mazurek Melnyk, PhD, APRN‑CNP, EBP‑C, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN
Dr. Bernadette Melnyk is the Vice President for Health Promotion and Chief Wellness Officer at The Ohio State University, where she also holds the Helene Fuld Health Trust Professorship in Evidence-based Practice. A global authority on evidence-based practice, child and adolescent mental health, and clinician well-being, she founded the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-based Practice in Nursing and Healthcare. Dr. Melnyk has led transformative initiatives at top institutions, contributed to over 590 publications, and secured more than $36 million in sponsored research funding. An elected fellow of multiple professional organizations, she has served on national advisory panels and task forces dedicated to advancing healthcare quality. Dr. Melnyk earned her BS in Nursing from West Virginia University, her MS from the University of Pittsburgh, and her PhD from the University of Rochester.


Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN
Dr. Terry Fulmer is the President of The John A. Hartford Foundation, where she directs efforts to improve care for older adults. With a distinguished career in both academia and healthcare leadership, she has previously served as Distinguished Professor and Dean of Health Sciences at Northeastern University and as the Founding Dean of the New York University College of Nursing. Recognized as a leading expert in geriatrics and elder abuse prevention, Dr. Fulmer has driven national initiatives—including the NICHE program—to promote age-friendly health systems. An elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, she has also contributed to critical commissions such as the Coronavirus Commission for Safety and Quality in Nursing Homes. Her work continues to influence policies and practices that enhance the care and well-being of older adults.


Andrew Wilson
Andrew Wilson is a seasoned advisor to family offices and high-net-worth clients, beginning his career in 2001 as a Trustee for The Mannheim Trust, where he managed a diversified portfolio including private equity and real estate. He played a key role in Mannheim’s acquisition of Springer Publishing in 2004 and has served on its board ever since—being named Chair in 2023. Andrew also chairs a Bermuda-based Trust that oversees a global manufacturing and retail business, family office, and real estate investments, and he sits on the investment committees of two other family offices. His earlier career includes senior roles in equity capital markets and investment banking at Bank of America, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs, as well as experience as a corporate and securities lawyer with Sullivan & Cromwell. Andrew holds a BA in History and Economics from Hamilton College and a JD/MIA from Columbia University.
