Information 1: SpringerPub doesn't currently offer expedited shipping, available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.  We recommend digital products which can be accessed immediately if available in cases like this.

Topic 5: How to find purchased or redeemed content

Information 5: Log into your springerpub.com account, go to the top right corner and click on your name and select “My Library”. A list of your orders will appear. You may need to sort by order date to find your latest order. Click on the title to bring you to the platform. For Springer Publishing platforms, you will already be logged in. For eBooks on VitalSource Technologies (VST), you will need to log into your VST account.
