USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico):

• All USA orders are shipped via USPS, delivery in 5-7 business days.
• FREE shipping for orders $50 or more.
• Orders under $50.00 – $5.00 first book, $1.50 each additional book.

Canada:

• $35.00 first book, $10.00 each additional book. Ships via DHL, delivery in 3-7 business days. Customs fees and duties may be applied by the recipient’s home country.

• Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses for Canadian Orders.

International (excluding Canada):

• $50.00 first book, $20.00 each additional book. Ships via DHL, delivery in 7-10 business days. Customs fees and duties may be applied by the recipient’s home country. (Please note that DHL does not ship to Russia and Sudan)

• Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses for International Orders.

We collect sales tax in California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas on book purchases except when a resale or tax-exempt certificate is provided. All books purchased on springerpub.com are returnable within 30 days if in saleable condition and accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip. All digital product orders are final and non-refundable.

All journal print order subscriptions outside the USA will be charged $100 for shipping.

All orders from the territories and countries below will be directly filled by our sales/distribution partners and invoiced in the local currency. Depending on exchange rate fluctuations, prices may vary slightly from the advertised rates, and where appropriate carry national taxes.
