What are some best practices for using the AI Tutor effectively?
- Be specific. Clear questions get better answers.
Example: “What are the symptoms of major depressive disorder?” is better than “Explain this.” - Include context. Mention where you are in the course to help the Tutor respond accurately.
Example: “In the chapter on AI, I don’t understand the difference between supervised and unsupervised learning. Can you clarify?” - Use numbers. If the AI Tutor gives a list of options, just reply with the number of the one you want.
- Start fresh. When switching topics, click the “+” icon to begin a new conversation.
- Follow up. Don’t hesitate to ask for more detail or clarification.
Example: “Can you explain step 2 again in simpler terms?” - Test Yourself with the AI Tutor: Use the AI Tutor to generate practice questions or quiz you on specific topics.
Example: “Can you give me a multiple-choice question on the last lesson?”
